P&R - General / What is your refund policy for programs/activities/camp?

All refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the first class. If a registrant attends more than one class, no refunds will be given. If the city cancels a program or class, refunds will be issued. All summer camp refunds will be subject to a $15 refund fee. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process.
