When will I get my deposit back?

A deposit is required but will be refunded after 36 consecutive months of satisfactory credit. If you have questions regarding your bill, please contact the Utility Service Department by email at utility@cityofpsl.com. When submitting an email please be sure to include the account holders name, last four (4) digits of the account holders’ driver’s license or passport on file as well as the service address in question.
