Why do I have a charge on my account if the water services are off an I am away, or the home is vacant?

Customers who are in residence for only part of the year are required to pay a base facility charge during their absence. If you have questions regarding your bill, please contact the Utility Service Department by email at utility@cityofpsl.com. When submitting an email please be sure to include the account holders name, last four (4) digits of the account holders’ driver’s license or passport on file as well as the service address in question. All bills can also be viewed and printed on our website through the customer portal at utility@cityofpsl.com
