How do I Reconnect my Delinquent account?

If payment is made Before 5pm :

Once the past due payment has been made the technician has until 6pm to restore all services at your location. There is no need to report the payment to the Utility Service Department unless this is an emergency and need immediate assistance. You can call 772.873.6400 Monday- Friday from 8am-6pm.

 

If payment is made After 5pm :

If you are reporting a payment after 5pm and have been disconnected please call 772 873-6400 to reach our Utility staffed 24/7 phone center, so we can immediately dispatch appropriate personnel to restore the services to your location.
