How do I transfer my service as a homeowner who has purchased a new home?

If you are looking to transfer service, please complete the online start/stop service application on the Utility Service Department website at https://utility.cityofpsl.com.  All applications can be found under the start service/ stop service tab at the top of the page, this will redirect you to another page where you will find four (4) green boxes in the middle of the screen with the application type listed on them. This application can be found under the move in/move out tab. If you are the homeowner wishing to stop service, we require a copy of the closing statement (HUD, ALTA) for the account that is closing, and a copy of the account holder’s valid government issued ID (Driver’s license or passport)
