How do I stop my service as a tenant?

 If you are looking to stop service as a tenant, please complete the online stop service application. https://utility.cityofpsl.com.  All applications can be found under the start service/ stop service tab at the top of the page, this will redirect you to another page where you will find four (4) green boxes in the middle of the screen with the application type listed on them. The application to stop service can be found under the move out tab. The application will require a copy of the account holders valid government issued identification card (Driver’s license or passport). You may also email your request to utility@cityofpsl.com. Please include the account holders name, address, forwarding address, and last four (4) digits of the account holders government issued id on file (Driver’s license or passport).
