How do I submit a public records request?

The easiest way to submit a public records request is through our online portal at www.cityofpsl.com/prr.

Once on the website, you can click "Submit a Records Request," where you will be asked to either create an account or submit your request anonymously. Creating an account allows the City to contact you directly regarding your request. 

From there, you'll be able to provide a description of the request you are looking for where we ask that you be a specific as possible. Please do your best to include:

  • Dates,
  • Names,
  • Numbers, or
  • Other identifiers that will assist in locating the information you seek.

Examples: "I hereby request the City’s file on [event, project, incident, etc.]"

The City will do our best to get you the records in a timely manner.
