State Certified Contractors must submit a signed and notarized Computer Member Application along with the required documentation listed. Application package can be emailed to: contractorlicensing@cityofpsl.com.
Locally licensed contractors must submit a Certificate of Competency Application and provide all requested items listed on the checklist. A letter of Reciprocity from their testing jurisdiction is required. Application Review Fee is $125.00. Application package can be emailed to: contractorlicensing@cityofpsl.com
