What time will my inspector arrive?
At this time we are unable to provide inspection times. The majority of inspections do not require a person to be present. An inspector only needs a person present if access to the home or business is required. When scheduling an inspection, there is a comments area available. You can add in a note or comment such as preferred time, knock hard, or allow extra time to get to the door etc. The inspectors will try to accommodate to the best of their ability.
The Building Department provides time-frames for certain types of permits. (AC and water heater changeouts only)The time-frames are AM or PM. The inspector will send out an email the morning of the inspection with the timeframe.
Each day a certain amount of appointments are available for A/C changeouts. If you made an appointment, the time frame will also be shown on the list of Today's Inspections.
