Start/Stop/Transfer Service - How do I start service as a homeowner or tenant?

If you are looking to start new service, please visit our website at https://utility.cityofpsl.com.  All applications can be found under the start service/ stop service tab at the top of the page, this will redirect you to another page where you will find four (4) green boxes in the middle of the screen with the application type listed on them. The application for New Service can be found under the move in tab.  Each application does require a copy of the Hud (closing statement) or lease, and a valid, clear picture of their current government issued Id (Driver’s license or passport). The driver’s license address does not need to match the application address.
