Residents have three easy ways to request recycling cart:

1. Call 1PSL at 772-871-1775 and press 5
2. Download the 1PSL Mobile App
3. Submit a request through the 1PSL webpage.

Need another cart?
There is a monthly fee for additional carts and the cost includes the cart, delivery and the additional collection service.

Broken or stolen carts? Report it!
Notify the City if your cart is broken or stolen by calling 1PSL at 772-871-1775 and press 5. FCC will repair or replace the cart for you.
